Britainy has held several key roles in real estate and community development. As Director of Operations at Benchmark Real Estate Partners, she led the optimization of workflows and managed significant projects, including affordable housing and large-scale construction in Philadelphia. 

Prior to that, she served as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Binswanger, where she advised C-suite clients on office space strategies and project management. Additionally, during her time as an Independent Sales Agent with Keller Williams, Britainy successfully negotiated over 70 real estate deals focused on urban redevelopment.
