Lynwood is a seasoned business professional with over 20 years of Accounting, Analysis, Business Intelligence, Compliance and Management experience in both the private and public sector.

As the Director of Program Monitoring and Fiscal Review for the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services, he oversaw the Investigation's Division which was responsible for the Fiscal and Programmatic Review of all programs administered by the Department.
