Myra Brown served an unprecedented four-year term as Board Chair of WOMEN’S WAY after being voted in for an additional year beyond the standard three-year tenure. As the CEO of NWON Opportunities and a 2019 Minority Business Leader of the Year, she leveraged 34 years of executive experience to dismantle systemic racism and sexism. Her extended leadership was dedicated to advancing pay equity and economic empowerment for all women.
