Oluwashinaayomi Bamgbose is a rising senior at Temple University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a strong interest in Human Resources and Talent development. Through leadership roles across his campus, he served as an Orientation Team Leader and a Student Coordinator in the New Student and Family Programs Office. He aslo served as a Front Desk Manager in the Dean of Students Office, where he has developed experience in student engagement, team leadership, customer service, and creating welcoming environments. He is committed to building inclusive workplace cultures at NWON where employees can thrive and contribute their best work.
