Roi Ligon is a strategic leader and Enterprise Improvement Advisor at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where he specializes in project management and organizational strategy. With an extensive background in public policy and juvenile justice reform, he previously served as a Senior Advisor for the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency and as the Director of the Commonwealth’s Office of Safe Schools Advocate. Roi holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and an Executive Certificate from Georgetown University in Reducing Racial and Ethnic Disparities.
